As the city operations manager for one of Europe’s largest aparthotel operators I need to be able to deal with companies that I can trust, companies that are as good as their word.

Sofas By Design is one such company. I never have any reservations placing orders with these guys because I know once an order is placed it’s placed and will be delivered on time every time come hail rain shin or 10’ of snow. From the mundane one off replacements to full scale projects true to their word everything is supplied on time without issue.

Par for the course within the hospitality industry is the ability to deal with the unexpected at a moment’s notice and Sofas by design is my go to place. Nothing in too small or too big for them to handle. New mattresses at the drop of a hat, bed sets, dining set and even full complex project such as our most recent re-carpeting of 150+ rooms. Sofas by design completed this project just over two and a half weeks without impacting on or daily operation in any way. Quick, efficient, clean and tidy, I can honestly say nothing is out of the question for Tom and his team. The service provided and the quality of the workmanship is among of the highest standard.

Being lucky enough to meet and build a relationship with a team that is as dedicated and as passionate about what they do as we are makes everything that bit little easier because they do the worrying for me.

When we first met Tom and his team we were instantly made feel very welcome. As we were interior designing our newly built home, it was quite a challenging task, however, this became a stress free, enjoyable process thanks to Tom's experience, knowledge and great sense of humour.
